Jesus christ, I love your animation! Why the low score?
Maybe you should have included some pictures of Mario or Sonic or some anime shit at the end so that the kiddies would have liked it...
I simply love it, the only thing you could have done better is increasing the contrast (but I can guess that if you really drew this by hand/ with a pencil, it would have been even more work...)

I'll just tell ya here. I drew every frame on paper with a light box. Painted some frames in watercolour and colourd some in in pen and then I just scanned every drawing in in sequence and put them togather in flash. Exported it all as a movie and then re-imported the video into flash.

Generally, this was okay- That thief sure is one stupid douche...
I think you should try improving your animation skill (the walking thief at the beginning was done pretty good!). Also, try to improve the drawing (I know, it's a pain in the ass when you gotta draw everything over and over again... but in the end, it's quite rewarding).

I am not very fond of your flash, sorry... too short, too corny...
A few hints-
1.: Practice animating walking cycles (it's a pain in the ass, but you'll need 'em all the time)
2.: Practice drawing
3.: Use less tweens (Frame by frame stuff takes long, but it looks cooler. Most times.)

Yeah The Walking Animations Were Kinda Bad But I Didn't Worry About It Too Much At The Time Because They Wern't On Show To Much, But Thats No Excuse I Shall Definatly Work On That, The Drawing Can Obviously Be Improved But I Don't Think It Was Too Bad Kind Of Gives It A Certain Style, Just Needs Tuning Up!
And There Wasnt Actuall Too Many Tweens Just For Movement Across The Page And The Apple Falling, I Did Use Frame By Frame (poorly i admit) For A Few Things, But Again It Stands To Be Worked On, But I'll Get On That For The Next Project!

The only thing that bothered me was that you made the eyes behind the shields of the cops very bright, it would look alot more creepy if you'd just draw black shields with some light reflections, but yackydiyack, this is gonny be awesome.

Seriously, I see so much shit being submitted here and this kinda made my day... You probably won't get higher ratings because you didn't ad techno, sonic and strobe effects... but you can be very proud of yourself. Just beautiful. Keep it up.
